How do I set up an account at Koehler & Dramm?
Potential customers must set up an account at Koehler & Dramm before they are able to purchase merchandise. To do this the must be completed and returned; state sales tax ID number must also be provided. Upon approval, an account will be established.
How do I place an order?
There are three ways to place an order:
In person! Come and shop in our expanded setting. We have an extensive selection of fresh cut flowers, floral supplies and plants at 1130 Swift Avenue, North Kansas City, Missouri 64116.
By phone! Friendly and knowledgeable customer service is available during store hours by our sales representatives. Just call (816) 221-4242 or (800) 798-4242 and ask for your salesperson.

What are the methods of payment that I can use?
